Scan to Web is a tool utilized by numerous businesses to streamline barcode scanning into websites and automate web form completion. With its hands-free functionality, this app eliminates the need for manual updates and offers an efficient solution for barcode scanning.

BEDS Plus, an organization focused on inventory management, has successfully integrated Scan to Web into their operations, saving them valuable time. So impressed with the app's performance and support, they awarded it five stars. Molek, the Volunteer Coordinator at BEDS Plus, commented on the app's effectiveness in real-time inventory tracking: "It's been working great. Someone called the other day and suggested we do a drive for toothbrushes. I can check in my office in real time and I immediately know that we have over 700. That saves me the drive to get to the building, and now we know we can focus on other things."

Scan to Web offers the following features:

Scan to Web allows businesses to harness their own websites for various purposes such as inventory management, check-in/out sheets, attendance tracking, and more. By simply scanning barcodes instead of manually typing, businesses can streamline their operations and improve efficiency.

The app also supports the scanning of various barcode symbologies including QR Code, Aztec, EAN/UPC, Code 3 of 9 (Code39), Code 128 (Code128), Code 93, PDF417 (Driver's license), and Data Matrix. However, it is important to note that long values or multiple close Code 3 of 9 barcodes may result in poor scanning performance due to camera focus issues.

Scan to Web follows a subscription model. While the app can be downloaded and tested for free, after a certain number of scans, users will be prompted to subscribe. This provides ongoing support and enhancements for the app. Users are encouraged to provide feedback on desired features and updates to further enhance their experience.
